On Wednesday the former couple were spotted having lunch together in an LA hotel.
But it doesn't look like a reunion is on the cards for the Desperate Housewives actress and her NBA star husband.
According to one insider, they met up to discuss details of their divorce.
"They remain friends and everything is amicable," a source told People magazine.
"Eva is a class act. That's how gracious she is."
On November 17, Eva, 35, filed for divorce from Tony amid reports of his infidelity. Days later Tony, 28, filed his own divorce petition.
Despite her heartbreak, the brunette beauty and her estranged spouse are said to be "committed to working this out together amicably."
